Don’t buy when the market’s sky high
And don’t sell at the bottom of a well
For you know the market feeds
On people’s fear and greed.
The gurus say buy low, sell high,
Easier said than done say I.
Timing the market may lead to profit
But more often is castrophic
Forget the fancy computations,
Theoretical models, and speculations
Look at the trend
And consider it your truest friend,
The surest way to your weight in gold
Is simply to buy and hold
Here’s an interesting rhyme I found the other day…
